I worked with small and mid-sized business owners to help them solve their financing challenges.  I introduced bankers and accountants to the world of alternative finance and was involved in hundreds of fundings of every size.  I teamed up with some of the best business finance professionals in the country.  Although my primary focus was in providing Full-Service Factoring, A/R Lines of Credit and Purchase Order Financing I also worked with a variety of alternative lenders.

I hired, trained, and managed salespeople in different cities in the US and Canada.  I provided them with initial training and then offered management and support as they developed their own networks.  I worked closely with the underwriting team, helped develop marketing strategies and networked with the local banking and accounting communities.

Fresh out of university I started out as a collector but soon ran the branch and within a year I was the regional manager.  I oversaw the staff, the underwriting function and maintained the best collection numbers of any region.  I helped open a new office in Reno, NV and then overhauled and rebuilt a 50 person office in Carlsbad, CA.
